Hello Beautiful Bellywood Student, Thank you for your business and support during this time. I know it is a stressful time for many people. I hope this message finds you well, and that you and your household are staying healthy and safe. I also encourage you to stay involved in your community and active as much as you can while staying at home. Remember to take time for self-care and to continue the things you love in life in any way you can manage during this period of time. As of now belly dance and yoga classes will be online until further notice. You can access classes through the Zoom app or at zoom.us on a laptop or desktop. It is very user friendly. Videos (instead of zoom) will be emailed to you by the next morning. 6) Each Class will open 10min before start time, and will stay open for 5min-15min afterwards for students to be able to chat with one another if they wish. Thank you all again so much for your patience and understanding as we move online. I am so grateful for my students, and the ability to be able to reach each other through the Internet, and stay connected to our community. If you have any questions or need help walking through any of this technology to get set up, please do not hesitate to ask. Take care of your self. See you this week in class! <3 Happy Dancing, Cassandra Rose

Things you should know
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? Being on time is important. Try to arrive to class about 10 to 15 minutes early. This allows you time to chat with friends, find a place, use the restroom or speak with your instructor if you need to. Additionally, the building will be locked all day on Sundays and 5:00pm each weekday evening. It is important that you do your best to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes in order for someone to let you in. If you do not arrive on time, someone will be up about 10 minutes after class begins to let anyone who is late into the building. If you more than 10 minutes late, there is no guarantee that someone will be upstairs to let you in. I apologize for any inconvenience.
WHAT DO I WEAR TO CLASS? Wear comfortable workout clothes. You might want to wear layers just in case you get too warm or too chilly.
WHAT DO I BRING TO CLASS? Yoga mat and any props that you may want, such as blocks, straps or blankets.
WHO IS YOGA FOR? Yoga is great for everyone! Men and women of all ages, sizes, and backgrounds can benefit from a regular yoga practice.
WHAT IF I'M INJURED? First, make sure you have clearance to practice yoga from your doctor. You must be responsible for your own health. Once you have clearance, please just remind me that you are injured and make any necessary adjustments to movements.
