It’s that time of year again. Summer Belly Dance Bootcamp is here! This year there are three bootcamps to choose from! Join in on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays. This special series is only offered once a year. Classes will be offered in person, as well as online through zoom live stream and email video recordings. Limited Availability-Only 15 students maximum in each class for in person attendance. Register and pay below for classes and note whether you'll be attending class in person, zoom live stream, or video recording. Students who attend in person will be signed in when they arrive. For live streaming, the zoom link with be emailed to you 5-10min before class starts. Or you can sign up for a class recording to be emailed to you the next day!
Beginning Level Tuesdays 6:30pm-8pm August 6th-27th Belly Dance Boot Camp is the perfect quick & fun introduction to Bellydance. This 4-week class covers the beginning level basics and fundamentals of belly dance. Focusing on drills, isolations, steps, and yes, workouts to make you sweat. This is a very "technique" based belly dance class, combined with yoga, cardio, strength building, and muscle toning to take your dancing to it's maximum potential. Come join me for some hot and spicy summer drills.
Shimmy Strength Wednesdays 6:30pm-8pm August 7th-28th This is a belly dance fitness class designed for all levels of dancers, from brand new students to advanced performers. We will focus on cardio, strength training and flexibility to improve endurance, coordination and balance. We will target a different area of the body each week beginning with our 30min warm up, moving to our focus area, and then finishing off with our belly dance moves! Let’s have fun while we get our sweat on. Shimmy, stretch, & strengthen all in 90mins, with this fast paced, easy to follow class. Join in for a slightly different workout each week.
Intermediate/Advanced Level Thursdays 6:30pm-8pm August 8th-29th Hippy Camp! This year we will focus on our hip work, from extension to fluidity, and sharpness, by drilling shimmies, locks, circles, figure 8's, and more. We will start the class with our 30min all over body workout before moving into the dancing portion of our class. Let's tune up our hip work technique with this special 4-week series!
