Summer Belly Dance Boot Camp is almost here! Once a year we sweat and drill for 5 weeks in August and it's almost that time again. Get in shape and prepare for the new belly dance season by kicking it off right with belly dance boot camp.
Beginning Level Tuesday's 6:30pm-8pm August 1st-August 29th Summer Belly Dance Boot Camp is for every level of belly dancer. This 5-week class covers Cassandra's beginning level basics and fundamentals of belly dance. Focusing on drills, isolations, steps, and yes, workouts to make you sweat. This is a very "technique" based belly dance class, combined with cardio, strength building and muscle toning to take your dancing to it's maximum potential. Come join me for some hot and spicy summer drills.
Intermediate/Advanced Level Thursday's 6:30pm-8pm August 3rd-31st Summertime Surprise! Each week we will be focusing on a different topic, diving into drills, creating combinations and learning mini choreographies. Week 1-Zills and Drill Week 2-Advanced Veil Week 3 & 4-Taqsim and Floorwork Week 5-Drum solo technique But don't think you won't sweat! We will be warming up with all new circuit training that involves yoga, cardio exercises and strength building!
Price Pre-registration by July 22nd $75 or $140 for both bootcamps
After July 22nd $95 or $160 for both bootcamps

What to Bring Water, towel, yoga mat, dance shoes or tennis shoes if you want (bare feet are ok) and a positive attitude.
